Modifications

- Added an instructions page, modified the speed of menu rotation, edited level select and included a BOSS button

- Created a new level (Level2) and edited level 1

- Created a new pickup item that completely restores ammo of all weapons (try finding it in level 2) also added a previously unused pickup item (extra life)
